Radio 1’s Big Weekend
Not doing any work today I simply can’t be bothered. Instead I’ve been watching with interest the activities surrounding the Radio 1 Big Weekend tickets that went on sale today. Radio 1 are giving away 15,000 tickets for each day and according to the Sunderland Echo tickets have sold out for the Saturday event already.
Just checked on eBay and there are already about 14 pairs of tickets for sale. I’m expecting hundreds more throughout the next week will end up on eBay though. So I’ll probably bide my time and hopefully get them for the Sunday event with Black Eyed Peas, Gwen Stefani and Jamiroquai playing! How cool will that be! Especially as I live 15 minutes walk away from the park where they are playing.
