White label sites
For the last few days or so I’ve been trialing the new white label site by Jamster, the ringtone people. It is called Mobile Ringtone, have a look to see how it is implemented. There are good points and bad points with running a white label site….
The Good
1. You can have a brand new site online in minutes.
2. It is updated automatically so no more checking for new content, links etc.
3. It offers lots of content for your visitors, a full site’s worth actually!
The Bad
1. Not search engine friendly. As the content is dynamically generated it will not get spidered by the search engines. Only the header will be visible.
So overall the goods seem to outweigh the bads. Or do they? Let’s not underestimate the importance of the search engines, after all if your site is not listed in the search engine then how will people find you? They won’t.
I therefore think that white label sites will only work if you can place them in an existing high traffic site that is well indexed and gets a lot of visitors. Or if you want to promote the site via PPC only. For me it’s the latter, I market the white label site via ppc exclusively. So far the results have been good though. Very roughly conversion rates are double that of the normal Jamster program. Definitely food for thought.

Welcome to my blog. My name is Kieron Donoghue and I run UK Offer Media Ltd. I thought it would be fun to post a daily (well hopefully daily) blog, writing about my experiences in Internet Marketing and more specifically Affiliate Marketing. I'll include some personal stuff too, probably about my other passions, music and cars. Please feel free to post your comments and thoughts too.

White label sites, I’ve never heard about it. Thanks for heads up.
By the way, you’ll keep on saying “what I’m listening to…”, right?
Interesting! Indeed, I like it very much.
Could you allow me to make 2 suggestions?
- I missed your “site feed” two times. If it had have been “RSS…” or with image, I would haven’t missed.
- Blogger’s comment support is not convenient for non blogger user. I heard about HaloScan and it’s said to be easy to be incorporated into blogger system.
Hope the above link direct you to the right place. If not, please don’t blame me but blame my memory
My blog is at Internet Marketing Blog.
Thanks for good info.
