How not to manage an affiliate program
For anyone on the merchant side of affiliate marketing looking to learn more about managing an affiliate program, look no further than this thread on the A4U forum.
It follows affiliates reactions to the recent changes in the ASOS affiliate program. This program used to be managed by Jess who is one of the most respected affiliate managers in the country. However, Jess left, ASOS made some changes to their program and now seem determined to alienate all of their affiliates.
My views have been made known in the thread so I won’t repeat them here. All I will say is if you are looking for tips on how to manage a program, don’t do this!!
