Despite big messages saying otherwise, I would regularly get people contacting me instead of the merchant because they wanted to cancel their subscription, or that I was "taking money from their account without their permission" *sigh*.<br/><br/>I scrapped the contact page eventually.<br/><br/>But it does highlight the point that people really don't read half of what's on the screen - which is interesting from a marketing point of view too.
