		<description>I used to have this problem with a site that promoted a subscription based merchant. Despite big messages saying otherwise, I would regularly get people contacting me instead of the merchant because they wanted to cancel their subscription, or that I was "taking money from their account without their permission" *sigh*.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I scrapped the contact page eventually.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;But it does highlight the point that people really don't read half of what's on the screen - which is interesting from a marketing point of view too. You need to be clever about how you get a message across for people to actually take notice.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;- Chromate</description>
