Million Dollar Homepage
I have to take my hat off to student Alex Tew of Nottingham university. Worried about huge student debts he has set up Million Dollar Homepage. The idea of which is simply that he sells blocks of 10 x 10 pixels at $100 a time. And if he sells them all he will have earned $1,000,000.
The good thing is that the press and lots of lots of blogs and forums have jumped on the bandwagon and he is getting a *lot* of press. Which translates into a lot of visitors and therefore a lot of customers. At the time of writing Alex has made a cool $42,000. Not bad for a couple of week’s work.
In fact I liked the idea so much I splashed out $500 to promote my poker site, Poker.org.uk. See if you can spot my pixels!

Man, your poker.org.uk ad is looking a little swamped now!
Not sure if I see the investment potential of this once it becomes so busy.
