Thankyou Phones 2U Direct
Many thanks to Phones 2U Direct for the unlocked Nokia N80 mobile phone that arrived yesterday. I won this phone by entering their competition that was set via their RSS feed. I guess the reason behind their competition was to promote their RSS feed to affiliates. If I’m honest RSS feeds are a really good way to communicate their offers and promotions to affiliates. I’ve been using their feed for a while now and it’s always updated frequently ensuring that we have the latest deals on our sites. Other merchants please take note, if you update us on a *regular* basis with your latest pricing/products information then you have a much better chance of getting promoted than those who don’t.
BTW the phone is fantastic, and is capable of so much cool stuff that it’s going to replace my trusted Blackberry as my business mobile.

What I’m listening to right now: Justin Timberlake - “Sexyback”. His last album was great but still undecided about this track.

Welcome to my blog. My name is Kieron Donoghue and I run UK Offer Media Ltd. I thought it would be fun to post a daily (well hopefully daily) blog, writing about my experiences in Internet Marketing and more specifically Affiliate Marketing. I'll include some personal stuff too, probably about my other passions, music and cars. Please feel free to post your comments and thoughts too.

Great phone, I got mine a few weeks ago. Battery life is very short though.

Hmm, I’ve been put off because of the battery life - is it still worth it?

To be honest Graham I don’t use it as my main mobile. I only use it for collecting emails when I am out of the office and for receiving some business calls. I tend to charge it every 5 or 6 days so its fine for my needs.
