When I was at CAC a few years back there was a similar thing, but it was a case of Euros (I think it was 50,000) and had been a year long promo. I'm not sure we'll see it in October but I have a funny feeling that we will see a massive promo at some point in the neat future - I think it has to come at network level though (with merchants contributing towards it). Definitely agree with you Kieron.
