The third point is cool . I started my first real web site just for fun and I didn’t even know about AdSense or other advertising opportunities. As time went by I learnt something about how to attract people to a web site. Naturally, I learnt everything on my own site because it is not possible to get a “recipe” for success.

And even I am far away from $40K a year, my site is always getting better. It earned more than $5000 (mainly this year). Later I launched another 3 sites and yesterday I found one of it ranked better in Google, so maybe I’ll have another good source of income . Of course, everything goes easier when you know what to do and how to do it.
