DGM announce Management Buyout
DGM UK announced today that they completed a management buyout of their UK business. Carl Davis and John Porter will lead the new UK company, although DGM PLC will retain a shareholding. In effect however, the UK business is now an entirely separate autonomous business and as such will operate individually from the PLC.
