A couple of weeks ago I blogged about how UKOffer was doing well, was gradually climbing the search engine results for discount code search terms and was also mentioned in The Telegraph.
Well, traffic and sales are continuing to grow so I just wanted to ask if any merchants/agencies/networks had any merchants that have discount codes or special offers then please get in touch and I'll feature them on the site.
If you have discount codes then they don't have to be unique, although unique codes are preferred, generic ones are fine too. Anyway if you do have a discount code for me to use then please email me at info at ukoffer dot com with the following:
1. The discount code
2. Expiry date - the longer the better, as sometimes it takes a while for the search engines to pick up the relevant page and index it
3. A paragraph or 2 about the merchant
4. What the commission rate is and what network the merchant is on
5. A unique plain text link - with my affiliate ID already embedded :)
That's all! I can then create an entry in the site like this one, or this one.
Don't worry if you haven't any discount codes available, I'm also more than happy to promote special offer. Take for example this offer for a Lacoste ladies watch or this one for Sky Plus. I'll publish anything that offers a genuine saving for my users and that will save them money.
Thankyou!

about me
Welcome to my blog. My name is Kieron Donoghue and I am the founder of ShareMyPlaylists.com, ContentNow.co.uk and some other stuff. I have no idea why I'm blue on this photo though but I like it!
what i’m listening to

Kieron, could I submit an information product to your discount code site? (about 10 hours of video training + a couple Ebook bonuses.)
consider it done
Cyrus – please feel free to submit whatever you want. But bear in mind my audience is high street shoppers looking for discounts and special offers.
Hero – I have to say that yourself and the account management team at Webgains have consistently sent me through discount codes throughout 2007. More so than any other affiliate network, so many, many thanks.
Kieron,
I’ll get some offers over to you today.
Thanks
David

Kieron, could I send you a discount code of 10% off an international prepaid SIM card together with information about our product and web site; valid, let’s say until mid February?
Hi Kieron, I should be able to send some through to you for my music website – imusician. I’ll e-mail you the details.

Hi there, I was wondering if you could give me some advice. I read your blog as often as you post and I realise you are a busy guy and from what I have read about you, are very helpful to others starting out in affiliate marketing. I have a worpress blog featuring discount codes and special offers. I would like to clean it up a little, have more features, ie menu bar somewhere, have a line seperating each post as the standard page is just text after text which can look a bit confusing and an email subscription on the site.
I am also a bit worried about the up date services as I dont want to ping to much enough to get my site banned. The plugins I have installed are, Add to any bookmark, Adsense Manager, All In One SEO, Feedburner Feedsmith, Google site maps, Max Blog Press and WordPress Cache. Do I need all the standard WordPress ping addresses or would Pingshot and Feedburner be enough, it’s all confusing to me.
I have been trying with affiliate marketing on and off for a few years with little success, I have made a few quid here and there but have probably spent more trying.I have finaly realised after all this time I should have stuck with one thing, rather than keep going off and trying something different every week, it does not work. I was reading one of your older posts last week it said, you bought Microsoft Frontpage to get you going and your success has grown from all the hard work you have put in i.e sticking with it. I like your sites I have viewed most of them as far as I know, this blog looks great and the UKoffer is good too.
I currently use Microsoft Expression Web for web design as its easy to use and I have just downloaded Expression web design as I am trying to make interactive highlited buttons, I understand photoshop does this but i thought I would try this first. If you could offer advice or point me to some where I could get help that would be great, If not I understand as you are very busy and probably hear from people like me all the time,
regards
Steven Debono.
