Request For Proposal - SecretSales.com PPC campaign
As part of the management of the SecretSales.com affiliate programme we have decided to invite one affiliate to brand bid on the “Secret Sales” brand and associated terms. The affiliate will also be given permission to use the www.secretsales.com display URL with their affiliate link.
Any affiliate wishing to be considered for this role needs to meet the following criteria:
1. Do you have the resource to respond during working hours promptly to a client’s needs? SecretSales.com operate sales that change on a weekly basis, with brands and ranges changing all the time.
2. Do you feel you have sufficient resources to prepare a PPC campaign that fit a client’s brand guidelines?
3. Have you/are you able - to open accounts with the major UK search engines such as Google, Yahoo! and MSN?
Please be aware that we are looking for an affiliate to add real value to the PPC campaign. It won’t be a case of just sitting on brand terms as the nominated affiliate will also be expected to contribute to the PPC campaign using “generic”, plus “brand + generic” search terms. SecretSales.com will be ceasing all of their internal PPC activity to give affiliates the opportunity to show that we don’t need external seach marketing agencies to run PPC campaigns.

I don’t need War and Peace, or a 50 page death-by-PowerPoint presentation, just write and let me know how you can add growth and value to the campaign, if you have examples of past successes then please include them too.

Sales:
Basket Value - £0-£249 - Commission 4%
Basket Value - £250-£449 - Commission 6%
Basket Value - £450-£749 - Commission 8%
Basket Value - £750+ - Commission 10%
Handbag Sales = 3%

Good idea. Why not open this up to 2 affiliates, one doing Google and one doing the other search engines? By doing so you can see the relative performance of each traffic source and of course each affiliate.
