The community promises lots of interaction with the adCenter team so hopefully we'll see some good 2-way dialogue between advertisers and the MS team. Nice one guys, its good that you are open to discussion with your advertisers.

We have found MSN Advertiser Support very responsive, to the point they chase me to ensure things have been resolved correctly or actually coming back with answers, even taking the initiative of arranging call back times & actually calling if there is news or not.
