Another affiliate company snapped up - CK Net acquired by LogicServe
Following on from the recent sale of Holiday WatchDog and We Love Local, today it was announced that paid on performance marketing company CK Net was acquired by search marketing agency LogicServe.
The full press release can be found here. Unfortunately it doesn’t disclose how much the company was acquired for but I’m sure it will be a substantial amount.
Congratulations to Chris Kelly, the founder of CK Net and to Rob. I think it’s fantastic news that affiliate businesses are now attracting a lot of outside interest from investors and buyers. Let’s hope we see this trend continue in 2008 as it can only do our industry good and put it in a positive light as an effective route to market.

Welcome to my blog. My name is Kieron Donoghue and I run UK Offer Media Ltd. I thought it would be fun to post a daily (well hopefully daily) blog, writing about my experiences in Internet Marketing and more specifically Affiliate Marketing. I'll include some personal stuff too, probably about my other passions, music and cars. Please feel free to post your comments and thoughts too.
