DGM Affiliate Survey
We affiliates are always first to complain if there is anything that we don’t like in the world of Affiliate Marketing. So when networks ask for our feedback it’s really important to give it to them and make our opinions known.
DGM have just launched an online survey where they are asking for feedback relating to their network, control panel and general affiliate communications. You can either fill it in anonymously or leave your email address for the chance to win an iPod Touch.

Welcome to my blog. My name is Kieron Donoghue and I run UK Offer Media Ltd. Thanks Kieron. I will take a part and hoping so dgmpro will improve or go bust so merchants migrate somewhere else. The communication with DGM is hopeless. Some of the affiliate managers there don’t respond at all or with weeks of delay. And I am driving them thousands of pounds of revenue. grrr.

Thank you for your comments and for taking part in our survey. We need to get affiliates feedback so we can make sure we are delivering a good service and can see if there are issues which in your case there appears to be. I apologise that you have not had good communication from dgm. Please can you get in contact with me so I can address this issue and make sure that it does not continue.

Unfortunately, whilst I’d like to complete the survey, I can’t. I’ve looked at their merchant list before but there doesn’t seem to be any that are appropriate for me. I’m particularly looking for merchants of consumer electronics.

Thanks for your reply. Chrissie has already sent me an email. I may have stepped over the line in my previous comment so I apologize if my feedback was too rough. But I am really glad that it helped and glad that you want to improve. You, specificaly have been improving the impression that DGM gave me in last months of emails so thank you for that as well. So the message to other affiliates is that hopefuly there will be some positive changes ahead.
Also, I am not sure if its only me but had some problems with the survey software. If you don’t fill the required fields on the last step and press submit then you get something like 304 Unauthorized error, which can be frustrating if you don’t realize that you can go back with the browser and try to resubmit.
