I mirror your experience of MSAC. I find it a little slow, but the support you get at the end of a phone is something I never thought I would experience. The guys & girls who work there are helpful, quick and extremely understanding and knowledgable. At times, they haven't been able to answer my question there and then, but I get a regular (daily) updates until its resolved. Everytime a call is closed, they send a questionnaire - something I fill in relgiously for MS and encourage others to. Lets report back when we have a good experiences as well as when we have a bad experience! I have one question... Google Adwords Editor (the little download programme thing).
