I bought six tickets and asked for a refunbd immediately after being informed of the change to a STB comp but never received a reply. Guess the money has gone for good but surely a refunbd should of been offered to everyone after the comp changed. After what I thought was a great idea, I now feel totally let down by lack of communication and consideration of people who entered in good faith. Im disappointed that the owners have seen fit to have a rant at those on this website who were willing to spend their money to help them out whilst most of us acknowledged the chance of winning may be small. A bit of humility costs nothing surely, especially when we've all spent so much!!
