I love Graze boxes! Everything is so tasty, can’t wait to try more new combinations. Each Monday I receive a box, it comes straight to work and I just can’t wait to see what’s in it! Love it and don’t think the price is exaggerated-I spend much more buying snacks in supermarkets, because I just have to buy in bulk and end up eating too much! Now maybe it’s not value for money in terms of amount of food, but value for money for not overeating too big portions without realizing!

For people wanting to cancel for good, have you tried cancelling all future orders, and then cancelling your card details (if they can’t get your money they won’t send you anything), I don’t know if this’ll work I haven’t tried it yet but it’s worth a try.

DON’T TAKE A GRAZE OPENING OFFER! Phew, that to get that off my chest. I signed up on their first free box offer – believed the website when it said you can cancel. I don’t do healthy food – which is why I thought I would try it. But – I don’t like it – I just give most of the stuff away, and Ive tried to cancel – using the method they say on the website. It is confirmed….and then another box arrives and they take my money. They have no telephone number and like the other poster here it is a very frustrating situation. To add injury – even though I’d made initial suggestions on what i did and didn’t like, the last box they sent through is completely in edible for me – I’m getting very angry. I’ve cancelled the deliveries (for all time) again – and will see if they do it again.

If anyone knows how to cancel Graze permanently let me know. I’m becoming very annoyed at cancelling and then receiving yet another box.

How in Heaven’s name can I cancel these Graze deliveries. there’s something very bad about a company that sends one round in circles when trying to cancel. Please help

I will have to give them a try, sounds like a waste of energy to me, to send food in the mail, when you can just go to the local farmers market to pick fresh produce up.

Hiya,

I love graze, and it really is not any more expensive than the supermarket on a like for like basis (Prepared etc.). In my local supermarket, a packet of fresh prepared pineapple by itself costs �2 – that’s half a graze box for two thirds of the price, and the pineapple’s sour.

The nuts the provide are of a much wider range than in the supermarket, and I find all the food is of a high standard.

I’ve never had any problem with the timing of my boxes – and the only ting I’ve ever not liked was mulberrys. All in all, good service. Plus it forces me to eat the stuff really, because I’ve already bought it – unlike in a supermarket, where I can mea well, but get tempted by sweet treats.

All in all, good service.

Well I just received my 2nd box yesterday and am really impressed so far. My favourites are fajita nuts, razcherries and pitted green olives… looking forward to next weeks box!

Website is really slick and easy to use – does anyone know which company designed/built it?

Am really surprised they didn’t launch an affiliate program straight away though, I’d promote them.

I ordered from Graze and found the website arkward to naviagate with now way of confirming anything, or to easity view you order. I had a voucher code and once logged in could see no where for this to be entered and then had to e-mail to have this discount applied of which I then found out this will be taken off my next box. I’ve paid far too much money for these boxes. It’s a great idea but exicuted terribly. I will never shop on Graze again.
