Well I just received my 2nd box yesterday and am really impressed so far. My favourites are fajita nuts, razcherries and pitted green olives... looking forward to next weeks box!

Website is really slick and easy to use - does anyone know which company designed/built it?

Am really surprised they didn't launch an affiliate program straight away though, I'd promote them.

I ordered from Graze and found the website arkward to naviagate with now way of confirming anything, or to easity view you order. I had a voucher code and once logged in could see no where for this to be entered and then had to e-mail to have this discount applied of which I then found out this will be taken off my next box. I've paid far too much money for these boxes. It's a great idea but exicuted terribly. I will never shop on Graze again.

Charlene, I dont think you can choose your box size any more - They've limited it to a choice of box styles, such as their wellbeing box, or classic, for example rather than overwhelming people with choice!

Steve, I am trying to cancel with Graze - how did you do it? I can't call their customers service department and it appears as though you have to click cancel every week to make sure nothing get's delivered. Am I missing another way you can cancel the service once and for all time??

Thanks,
Claire

My experience of graze isn't too good.... box didn't arrive and customer services seems non existent when you need to get in touch.

Binned it off before i've received my first box... can't be doing with the lottery of boxes arriving and shoddy support.

Well as they source their food locally and post it the food miles are minimised. The packaging isn't over the top ... the punnets are basically the same as what the food would be in in a shop and the box is the same kind of box you would use to post any object.

Sadly I have not had a good experience with Graze. Perhaps they are not doing very good business and so their level of customer service is slipping?

I ordered a box to arrive last Friday. It arrived on the Saturday. The quality of contents was really good and the packaging great, so I forgave the lateness (could have been the postman rather than graze...) Having said that, they didnt post it out until after 7pm at night so how do they realistically expect it to arrive by the next day?

I ordered a one of box, large, for my dads birthday. When he received it they had substituded a small box because they no longer do the other sizes. I looked really stingy!! At least his arrived on time.

My next box was due to arrive today. Its not here! The email saying it had been sent didnt come through until 11am this morning to who knows when they actually sent it. Will be interesting to see when it does arrive. Maybe if I change the day I want it to be delivered to Thursday, I might actually receive it by the Friday. I mean, whats the point in it arriving Saturday? I am off work and could just go to the shops then....

I really wanted this service to work because I thought it was a great idea, the packaging and content are brilliant. Its likely I will be cancelling soon though, as whats the point in not knowing when or if food is going to arrive in the post?!?

Excellent example kieron. May I add however, that if you booked a gym instructor to come to you tomorrow, you might have to be ready :) i.e. the nudge is where you are/ you don't have to go to another place. Just a thought :)
