Affiliate Doctors Live at the a4u Expo - submit your site

On day 1 of the a4u Expo myself, Dixon Jones, Jamie Harwood, Chris Garrett and Duncan Jennings will be participating in the “Affiliate Doctors Live” panel. This is where anybody can submit their sites for advice on issues within affiliate marketing, start-up strategy, conversion, blogging and SEO. It’s a great opportunity for a free consulation from some sector experts.

We’ll be taking questions and site reviews from the audience live on the day but in order to guarantee your slot we would also like to have some prepared in advance. So if you have a site, old or new and are looking for some tips on how you can improve it then please either email me via the contact form or leave a comment below. We’ll then pick as many as we can to discuss on the day.

I went to this session last year and despite them choosing a shitty site, the advice was sound and I found myself learning a few things. It was all design, layout and SEO so to have your affiliate input too would be useful.

Kieron, that looks like a great panel. I would love to ask for Flightmapping.com to get reviewed, but I know how bad I am at following up advice on that one, so maybe I could get some tips for getting http://www.worldtubemap.com going - I will make sure there is something to look at next week - the concept is outlined on my blog.at
    Cheers,

    James

That’s a good opportunity. I wish I can send the site but I’ll not be attending the expo. So, I guess I can’t send my site for reviews. If I can, please let me know.

Ideally, we would prefer to review sites from attendees in the audience. That way we can engage a bit more with the site owner and ask questions etc.

    Hi
    Hope you are well
If you can tell me why some of my main sections on my site have lost the pr (was pr3)http://www.homeandgardengifts.co.uk/outdoor/ but some of the deeper pages still have pr http://www.homeandgardengifts.co.uk/Outdoor/Lanterns/default.aspx (pr1) go deeper http://www.homeandgardengifts.co.uk/Outdoor/Lanterns/Flying-Lanterns/default.aspx (pr3). I have lost the pr like this on 4 of my main section baby, electrical, outdoor and toys. its been like this now for 6 months and I have slowly lost 1/2 of my traffic. thanks look forward to seeing you there.

Hi Kieron, could you look at wherecanibuyonline.com for me please? Could do with tips on how to give it an edge and increase repeat visitors (newsletter?). Also your opinion on whether it has potential in its current format (it has high rankings for many product pages but high bounce rate for others). Anything you might do differently would be a great help too. Thanks!

    Hi Kieron,

It would be great if you could look at MobileMentalism.com for me. I’ve earned a tonne from AdSense using a previous theme, but I wanted to move more towards affiliate sales, so I created a completely new theme for the site.

The result? Dramatically lower AdSense revenue, and zero affiliate sales!

The site gets over 3,000 uniques a day, yet no-one buys a phone through it. I need tips on how to get the affiliate sales coming in, else I’ll be forced to go back to the ugly AdSense-oriented theme!

    All advice gladly appreciated :)
