Affiliate Window are in my book at least, the most proactive and useful affiliate network in the UK. They have just launched their AWinter Wonderland site which is an absolutely essential resource for all affiliates wanting to make the most of the Christmas season. It's jam packed with retailer offers, promotions, incentives and pretty much everything you'll ever need. If that wasn't enough they also have a dedicated Christmas Twitter account @AWinXmas as well as their regular Twitter account @AffWin and unlike most other UK affiliate networks' Twitter feeds, these are useful and updated daily. Oh and let's not forget their regular offers blog which is also updated daily. Seriously, Affiliate Window could not make it easier for affiliates to promote their merchants.

Have to agree with you Kieron, AW are definately my aff network of choice in the UK and have been for some years now.
I haven’t done anything with my Darwin profile yet, maybe I will get it done to double my enteries and hope of winning the jolly…!
Gotta say, being in UK affiliate marketing for 5 years and AW have been there the whole time and continue to be the leaders IMHO, especially when it comes to looking after affiliates. I’ve been invited to great events as a reward for the work I’ve put in. If you put the work in with companies like this you will see the rewards.
Having just signed up for Awin a few days ago I can already tell they are a quality network. They have a really high quality of big name merchants which is really what attracted me in the first place.
I always looking forward to the AW christmas promotions. This one sounds fair, just hope its a surprise who the winner is rather than a well known affiliate!

As a merchant running under Awin and two other networks, I’ve got to echo similar sentiments from a merchant point of view.
Anjulie (and occasionally Richard) who manage the Kitbag.com account are always quick to respond and very proactive.
The network as a whole is, I feel, streets ahead of other networks, and their structure feels as if it’s been built properly from the “ground up” as it were, and I think it’s evident in the way that Awin are now so well respected.
I am also looking forward for these types of offers from networks and retailers and would push hard to enter in the draw. Thanks for covering it here Keiron, othewise I would have missed it.
There is no doubt in my mind that AW are the best network with regard to tools, and usability of those tools. Just begining to get my head around the V3 Shop Window code but have used Content Widgets for a while now.
When looking for a merchant to use with a new topic, I always go to AW first and don’t actually go anywhere else unless they haven’t got a merchant.
I’m fairly new to affiliate marketing but I tried some really, truly awful affiliate programs before joining AW on the recommendation of a friend.
I understand that they must put a lot of time and effort into their program, but I don’t understand why other networks don’t …. surely it’s in their best interests for their affiliates to be a success?
Have to agree with the previous comments – AW have by far the best communication policy, which really does make all the difference.
I remember last year winning a photo ablum from an AW merchant after having a mad dash scramble to claim my ‘prize’ online on Xmas day. This years offering seems a little fairer to me.
It is great that they’ve launched a contest for affiliates where every sale, regardless of amount, generates an entry. Sure some people have more sales and will thus stand a better chance, but it sure beats only rewarding the top performers. Here everybody has a chance at least!
AW provides good opportunity to any affiliate to increase their earnings on Christmas. A place where you have many offers and promotions, it is going to attract more people. Also, affiliates have got a good opportunity to win a Big Christmas Present.
